These starting terms explain the basis on which Bowls Club Digital discusses, builds and supports club websites.

The club remains responsible for checking the accuracy, permissions and suitability of content it supplies or approves, including photographs, names, fixtures, results and documents. Do not provide material you do not have permission to use.
Hosting and third-party services
Any domain, email, hosting or third-party service costs will be identified separately in the proposal. Availability and terms remain subject to those providers.
Changes and support
Small agreed updates and ongoing support are handled according to the package or support arrangement confirmed with the club.
