This plain-English summary explains how Bowls Club Digital uses information when you contact us or browse this website.

We receive your name, contact details and message only when you choose to send the email to us, and use them to respond to your enquiry and discuss the service you requested.
The checklist form prepares an email containing the public checklist link for you to send to yourself or your committee. It does not send us your email address or sign you up to a mailing list. You can also read the checklist directly on this website.
We count visits to key public pages and actions such as opening the demo, looking at prices, preparing an email draft and printing the committee overview. These are daily totals, retained for up to 90 days. This measurement uses no cookies, visitor identifiers, form details, email addresses or IP addresses. Query strings and referral URLs are not stored. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. An opened email draft is not a confirmed enquiry. Hosting providers may process technical information to deliver pages and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.
You choose the email app and provider that sends your message. Their handling of email is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
