Your annual fee covers hosting, essential maintenance and ongoing support. Domain and email requirements are confirmed in the written proposal. Any work outside the chosen package is discussed and agreed first. Prices in GBP.
BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Tell Rob which domain your club uses and who manages it. The proposal will confirm the access, transfer or connection steps needed, including any separate domain or email costs.
The build includes a practical handover for the agreed tools. Identify the volunteers who will manage news, fixtures or member information so their roles and training can be planned before launch.
Hosting, essential maintenance and ongoing support for the agreed package. The proposal confirms the support arrangement. Additional features or work outside that scope are discussed and agreed first.
Your crest, approved photos, current club information and a contact who can coordinate committee feedback. Rob will help agree the pages and features before building.
