This privacy policy applies to Green to Glory: World Bowls, an Android game published by RJC Studios. It explains what information the game handles and how to contact us with a privacy question.

This page explains how Green to Glory: World Bowls handles information on Android.
Information handled by the game
The current version of Green to Glory does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photographs, microphone recordings or camera data. Career progress, settings and other game data are stored locally on your Android device so that you can continue playing.
Advertising and advertising data
Green to Glory displays third-party advertisements. The advertising SDK used by the Android build may collect and share limited technical and usage information to deliver and measure advertising, support analytics, prevent fraud and protect the service. This can include approximate location inferred from an IP address, app interactions such as launches, taps and ad views, diagnostics and performance information, and device or other identifiers such as an advertising ID. This does not give the game access to your precise location, name, email address, contacts, photographs, microphone or camera data. The advertising provider and its partners handle this information under their own privacy policies.
Remove Ads purchases
Remove Ads is an optional, one-time Google Play purchase. Google processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. The game and our purchase-verification service do not receive your card number or bank details.
Purchase verification and restoration
If you purchase or restore Remove Ads, the game sends Google's purchase reference and the product identity to our verification service. We use this information to check that the purchase is valid, enable Remove Ads, restore an existing purchase and handle refunds or cancelled purchases. We do not send your career progress to this service or create a game account.
Purchase records and hosting
Cloudflare hosts the verification service and its purchase records on our behalf. Purchase references are encrypted in server storage. The service also keeps a purchase identifier, ownership status and the dates on which the record was created or checked. The game saves a verification reference on your device so that it can recheck ownership. These records are used for purchase functionality and to prevent invalid or duplicate claims; they are not used to personalise advertising.
Network information and logs
The service receives the network information needed to handle your request and limit abuse. Its temporary rate-limit records use hashed values. Application logs do not contain purchase references or payment details.
Purchase records and retention
We keep verification records for as long as needed to maintain the permanent purchase, restore it and handle refunds or misuse. When a purchase is refunded or revoked, the encrypted purchase reference is removed and a limited record of that status is retained to prevent reuse. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the game removes local game data but does not remove Google's purchase record or the server's verification record.
Purchase information requests
For questions or requests about your purchase information, email hello@bowlsclubdigital.com. Do not email your card details, passwords or raw purchase token. We may need information identifying the purchase before we can respond to a request.
Support messages
If you email Bowls Club Digital about the game, we receive the email address and the information you choose to include. We use it only to respond to your question, investigate a support issue or improve the game. You can contact us at hello@bowlsclubdigital.com.
Google Play and device information
Google Play and Android may process technical information needed to distribute, install, update and secure the game. That processing is controlled by Google under its own terms and privacy policy. The advertising provider may also process the technical information described above under its own terms and privacy policy.
Storage, advertising choices and deletion
Local career data can be removed by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the game from your Android device. Where a consent message applies, you can review or change your advertising choices using Privacy and cookie settings in the game’s Settings screen. Where available on your device, you can also reset or delete your advertising ID and manage advertising choices in Android settings. Green to Glory does not create a game account or send your career progress to the purchase-verification service. Purchase-verification records are handled as described above. Support emails are retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to the request, maintain appropriate records or meet legal obligations.
Changes to this policy
If the game gains new features that change how information is handled, this policy will be updated before or when those changes are introduced. The date below shows when this page was last reviewed.
